In 2013 he was a founding member of Elix Aviation Capital in Dublin, a specialized Turboprop Lessor, taking up the position of COO and Board member. The company acquired 78 turboprop aircraft in two years with customers worldwide. In 2018 was appointed CEO of Ellinair Airlines an IT specialized carrier based in Thessaloniki. Next steps included the positions of COO and CDO at Marathon Airlines and CEO of Cyprus Airways responsible for 300 personnel of all disciplines within the airline.

Since joining Hermes Airports in 2009, Maria has led initiatives focused on route development, airline engagement and destination promotion, working closely with airlines, tourism stakeholders, government and industry partners to enhance Cyprus' connectivity and competitiveness. She also oversees corporate communications, digital strategy and stakeholder engagement.
Maria holds two MBA degrees and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She is a regular speaker at international aviation events, sharing insights on air service development, tourism growth, destination marketing and strategies for achieving sustainable, year-round connectivity.

He brings extensive aviation industry experience spanning airlines, aircraft maintenance organisations, and the Cyprus Department of Civil Aviation, providing him with a broad perspective on both operational and regulatory aspects of aviation. As a Senior Airworthiness Inspector with the Department of Civil Aviation, he leads a team responsible for strengthening aviation safety through the implementation of European and national regulatory standards. In addition to his airworthiness responsibilities, Mr. Panteli manages the national civil aviation occurrence reporting system.
A strong advocate of integrity, professionalism, and continuous improvement, he is committed to advancing aviation safety and supporting the sustainable development of the aviation industry in Cyprus.

His work bridges technical, regulatory, and commercial requirements, supporting operators, owners, lessors, and aviation stakeholders in achieving reliable, traceable, and inspection-ready outcomes. With extensive experience across CAMO, maintenance organization compliance, engine documentation, and aviation project management, Manos has a practical, execution-focused approach to solving complex airworthiness and records challenges.
